If you’re new to the Rage Ground experience, you may be wondering what, if anything, you need to bring in order to get the most out of your paint splatter therapy session. The simple answer is: nothing at all! Every visit to one of our creative-destruction spaces comes with a full inventory of all you’ll need to get messy and to make great improvements to your mental health at the same time. All we ask is that you bring yourself — friends, too, if you want! — that you honor your emotions, and that you approach the experience with an open mind, fully prepared to splatter, dribble, and smear — even if you do it like a preschooler with serious anger issues.
Every paint splatter room at our Los Angeles location comes with the following art supplies, tools, personal protective gear, and more:
- Eco-friendly, nontoxic paint in a wide variety of colors and neon tones
- Paint rollers and various applicators
- A wide variety of paint brushes
- 1 large canvas
- 5 bottles of paint (4 ounces each)
- Black lights and glow-in-the-dark paint
- Squirt guns — for all those projectile painting needs
- Aprons, coveralls, goggles, and other personal protection garments
