1. Is this a safe activity?
Rage Ground puts safety ahead of everything else. We suit up ragers with heavy-duty coveralls, chest protectors, face masks, welding gloves, and optional hard hats.
2. How many people can be in a room?
4 people can be in one room at a time, but all five of our rooms open up to accommodate parties up to 15 people. We can host parties over 15 people, but the group will be split up.
3. Is there an age restriction?
No children under the age of 11 are allowed, but children ages 11-17 are allowed with parent/guardian present. The parent/guardian must also sign our liability waiver on behalf of the participant.
4. What do I need to bring?
All you need is closed-toed shoes and a form of identification for reservation verification.
5. What am I breaking?
We offer a variety of items. Small items are, but not limited to: cell phones, shot glasses, plates, incense holders, wine glasses, paperweights, small electronics, CD’s, VHS tapes, etc. Medium items: medium plates, martini glasses, vases, vinyl’s, lunch boxes, woodwork, tumblers, etc. Large Items: mirrors, chairs, red tubs, woodwork, breadboxes, water guns, etc. We also offer “Specialty Items” that can be purchased on location. We don’t always have everything available due to the difficult nature of acquiring some items, but they can include: large furniture, TVs, computers, speakers, cable boxes, printers, and other random items.
6. What is your cancellation/rescheduling/late policy?
We allow for 100% refunds on cancellations up to 24 hours in advance. Anything later will not be given ANY refund. This is because we put a lot of work into preparing the packages, rooms, and generating a schedule. Any rescheduling done up to 24 hours in advance is free. Anything later and you’ll be charged a $20 rescheduling fee. We advise clients to come in at least 10 minutes early to their allotted time to sign in and get suited up. The time you reserve is your time in the room. This does not include preparation. People who come in late will have their rage time cut, no exceptions. We can’t have people who have booked after you and arrived on time wait because you were late.
7. Do you host large birthday parties/corporate events?
We do! For parties over 13 people, we have a minimum price per person of $40. This can go up depending on what you want to break. So, chances are it’ll be more than $40 per person.
